Job summary

Wachter, Inc. is seeking a Traveling 100% Foreman Electrician with a hands-on leadership approach for heavy commercial and industrial projects.

You will act as the on-site foreman, leading a crew of 4+ electricians and apprentices to deliver high-quality installations under tight deadlines. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, running conduit, installing generators/UPS systems, and keeping projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required.
• Industrial/manufacturing experience in 24V DC to 480V systems.
• Proven ability to lead projects and meet deadlines.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a major plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently or as a team.
• Willing to travel nationwide and work up to 60 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy commercial projects on industrial sites, directing a crew of 4+ electricians/apprentices.
• Perform diverse electrical tasks from small conduit work to generator and UPS installs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and schematics.
• Run/bend conduit and pull/terminate wire in varied environments.
• Operate scissor, boom, and bucket lifts as required.
• Troubleshoot industrial controls, automation and PLCs.
