Job summary

Wachter is seeking a Traveling 100% Foreman Electrician for heavy commercial and industrial projects. You will act as the Foreman on-site, leading a crew of 4 (2 Licensed Electricians and 2 Apprentices) to deliver high-quality installations under tight deadlines.

This is a long-term opportunity for a pro who can lead a crew while staying hands-on with complex electrical systems. Wachter emphasizes safety, strong communication, and the ability to travel nationwide, up to 60 hours per week, to

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Extensive industrial/manufacturing systems experience (24V DC to 480V).
• Proven ability to manage large projects and meet deadlines.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a major plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to travel nationwide and work up to 60 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy commercial projects on industrial sites with a crew of 4+.
• Read blueprints, one-lines and schematics; install and troubleshoot.
• Run conduit, pull and terminate wiring; install generators and UPS.
• Operate lifts as needed; ensure safety compliance on site.
• Troubleshoot industrial controls, automation and PLCs.
• Maintain schedule and coordinate with clients and site teams.
