Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an electrical foreman to lead field crews on multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects. You will supervise, mentor and coordinate trades while ensuring quality, safety, and on-time completion.

On-site technology, including iPads, will help track progress and improve efficiency. The role requires at least five years of leadership experience on similar scopes, an active journeyman or master electrician license, NEC knowledge, and solid computer and writing

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license is required.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and trades.
• Manage material and manpower to ensure on-time completion.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards across the project.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to track progress and communicate updates.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees on the designated scope.
