The role requires active journeyman or master electrician licensing, strong NEC knowledge, and the ability to manage material and manpower while leveraging iPad and mobile devices for real-time progress updates.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• 5+ years leading electrical construction projects for an electrical contractor.
• Strong NEC and local code knowledge.
• Good writing and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with the project superintendent and other trades.
• Ensure high quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction on the project.
• Mentor, supervise and motivate crew on site.
• Utilize company-provided technology (iPad and smartphone) to track progress and communicate.
