Job summary

Power Design, Inc. seeks an electrical foreman to lead field operations on major electrical projects in Midland, TX. You will oversee scope, manage materials and manpower, and ensure on-time delivery with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires a journeyman or master electrician license, solid NEC knowledge, and good computer/writing skills. You will leverage technology such as iPad and smartphone and mentor crews to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• At least 5 years of field supervision on multimillion-dollar electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
