Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an electrical foreman to lead field projects, ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

You will work with the project superintendent and trades to oversee scope, materials and manpower, and use company-provided iPads and smartphones to stay on schedule. The role requires at least five years of experience managing multimillion-dollar electrical projects, an active journeyman or master electrician license, and NEC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license required or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Five years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and other trades, including material and manpower management.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
