Job summary

RavenVolt, Inc. seeks a Traveling Electrical Crew Lead to oversee BESS and generator installations across the United States. This hands-on leadership role requires Journeyman/Master Electrician credentials and proven field leadership.

You will manage crews, ensure safety and quality, read electrical drawings, and coordinate with project teams while traveling nationwide. Competitive pay, paid travel, overtime, per diem, and advancement paths are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman/Master Electrician license in any U.S. state.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Prior field leadership experience leading crews.
• Ability to read electrical plans, blueprints, and one-line diagrams.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and safety standards.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor installation crews.
• Promote a strong safety culture across project activities.
• Coordinate daily work to maintain schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specs.
• Communicate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Superintendents.
• Assist with equipment installation and alignment as needed.
• Support startup, commissioning, and testing activities.
