Job summary

RavenVolt is seeking a Traveling Electrical Crew Lead (Journeyman/Master Electrician) to head BESS and generator installations across the United States, combining hands-on electrical work with crew leadership on site and during travel.

You will supervise installation activities, read plans and diagrams, ensure NEC compliance, promote safety, and mentor crews while delivering projects on schedule. Travel and overtime are integral parts of this position.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Electrician License in any U.S. state.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial, industrial, power generation, or utility electrical experience.
• Prior field leadership experience leading crews.
• Ability to read electrical plans, blueprints, and one-line diagrams.
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull construction materials and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor installation crews.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
• Coordinate daily work activities to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Superintendents.
