Job summary

RavenVolt Inc. is seeking a Traveling Electrical Crew Lead to manage and perform BESS and generator installations across the United States. This hands‑on leadership role requires Journeyman/Master Electrician credentials, field leadership, and the ability to read complex electrical drawings.

The position offers paid travel, overtime opportunities, per diem, and opportunities for advancement within a growth‑oriented energy infrastructure company. Based in Waco, TX, with nationwide deployment.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Electrician License in any U.S. state.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial, power generation, or utility electrical experience.
• Prior field leadership experience leading crews.
• Ability to read electrical plans, blueprints, and one-line diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor installation crews.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
• Coordinate daily work activities to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Superintendents.
