The position involves coordinating project tasks, ensuring safety and quality, and driving operational excellence to satisfy customers and improve profits. The ideal candidate has a background in Construction Management with electrical industry experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• Electrical industry experience preferred for I&E project needs.
• Ability to communicate critical project information between field and office.
• Reading construction plans and understanding survey stakes, cut/fills, and offsets.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation (Stringless/GPS curb machines) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Project Director in overall project performance.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• Lead with minimal supervision and display a proactive, professional attitude.
