Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

• Travel to other centers within the county required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of Creative Curriculum as directed.
• Support Lead Teacher with lesson plans and activities.
• Maintain high-quality verbal engagement with children.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent interactions with children.
• Manage daily classroom activities and supervision.
• Support literacy initiatives and emergent writing.
• Attend post-observational conferences to discuss strengths and growth.
• Report developmental and behavioral concerns to the Center Director.
• Keep classroom clean, safe and well-maintained.
• Adhere to CDC policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
