Job summary

California-Tribal-Tanf-Partnership is seeking an Education Coordinator to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating culturally sensitive educational programs. You will support school services, IEP/504 planning, and educational events while traveling to CTTP sites as needed.

The role requires coordinating with schools, tribal programs, and agencies, tracking participation and outcomes, and generating monthly reports to improve educational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • AA/AS degree or high school diploma or high school equivalency with two years’ related experience.
  • Current California driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.
  • Knowledge of 2 Gen concepts, ACEs, Wraparound, 504 plans and IEPs preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA rules related to education.
  • Ability to travel frequently to other locations.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the CTTP Education Committee and contribute to planning.
  • Answer employee questions regarding education services and programs.
  • Manage and track monthly data or referrals from programs.
  • Communicate about new educational programming to support ongoing learning.
  • Implement educational activities and collaborate with other departments and schools.
  • Develop, plan, and execute company-wide education initiatives.
