Job summary

SageWater, LLC is seeking full-time Traveling Drywall & Paint Repair Mechanics to support projects across the East and West Coasts, including DC/MD/VA/CO/CA/FL/TX. You will travel to multiple sites to restore repiped units to a polished finish with high quality workmanship.

The role requires the ability to travel, follow safety protocols, and work on-site at various job sites nationwide. Relocation expenses are covered for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Hang, tape, patch, and finish drywall in occupied apartments and condominiums.
• Perform paint repairs and blending to match surrounding finishes.
• Install and remove dust and debris protection daily.
• Reset vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment in residents’ homes.
• Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents.
• Follow safety protocols and company quality standards.
• Maintain productive relationships with co-workers, clients, and subcontractors, and vendors.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

As a Traveling Drywall & Paint Repair Mechanic, you will play a vital role in restoring repiped units to a clean, polished finish across various SageWater projects nationwide. You’ll travel as part of one of our regional divisions – East Coast or West Coast – to support projects with high quality workmanship and professionalism.

The Traveling Drywall & Paint Repair Mechanic role requires the demonstrated ability to work carefully, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based in one of our regional divisions at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team.
