Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a District Support Pharmacist in Conyers, GA. This full-time on-site role covers pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district, supporting pharmacy teams and ensuring safe dispensing practices.

The DSP will travel within the district, supervise as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, participate in immunizations and clinical care, and help maintain inventory and patient safety. Active pharmacist license and NPI required.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps within the district as directed by the Pharmacy Manager and DL.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Support immunization services and patient care, including testing/prescribing where permissible.
