Job summary

CVS Health in Georgia seeks a District Support Pharmacist to help manage pharmacy operations across stores within the district, cover scheduling gaps and support the Pharmacy Manager in delivering safe, person-centered care.

You will travel within the district to fill shifts, ensure accurate dispensing, immunizations, patient counseling, and collaborate with the pharmacy team to improve patient outcomes while upholding CVS policies and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager.
• Assure safe, accurate dispensing and follow workflow procedures.
• Counsel patients and support immunization services.
• Manage inventory, including protecting cold chain products.
• Ensure compliance with laws, CVS policies, and patient privacy.
