Compensation: $22.75-$31.75/Hourly

Role Overview

The primary role of the Dental Assistant is to support the success of the clinicians through effective delivery of the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE), creating a Patient for Life (PFL). Dental assistants perform patient care, office, and laboratory duties, preparing patients for oral examinations and assisting dental professionals in treatment.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions in accordance with state regulations.
• Participate actively in PPE, focusing on patient needs and concerns.
• Escort patients and facilitate communication with team members.
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment.
• Sterilize instruments, prepare patients, assist with radiographs, and maintain supplies.
• Support patient education and record keeping.
• Ensure equipment functionality and participate in team meetings.
• Adhere to professional appearance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with required state certification/licensing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for Specialty Dental Assistants.

Preferred Qualifications

• One-year certificate from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
