Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with responsibility in construction design and installation.
• Experience with installation of Special Systems and IT Infrastructure components is required.
• Working knowledge of TIA/EIA and BICSI standards.
• Supervisory experience and the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction, engineering, and installation of Special Systems.
• Manage procurement, project budgets, and quality control.
• Prepare scope of work documents and participate in GMP development.
• Negotiate construction change requests and mitigate project risk.
• Develop relationships with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
