ARCO Companies is seeking a Traveling Field Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center projects from inception to completion. You will partner with owners, design teams, and internal leaders to align scope, budget, and schedule while managing GMP/lump sum contracts and cost forecasting.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of project management experience, with 3+ years in data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through punch list.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and leadership to align scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and cost forecasting throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance on projects.
• Develop and oversee project financials; identify and mitigate risks.
