Job summary

ARCO National Holdings seeks a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center projects from inception to completion. You will partner with owners, design teams, and internal leadership to align scope, budget, schedule, and risk, while driving performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in data center construction or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems integration in critical environments.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through punch list.
• Align scope, budget, schedule, and risk with owners and design teams.
• Manage GMP/lump sum contracts, change orders, and cost forecasting.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, MEP, and vendor scopes, focusing on critical path.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance.
• Develop and oversee project financials.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Support commissioning and turnover to the owner.
• Be the primary accountable for project outcomes.
