You will oversee Traveling Project Managers, drive safety, budget, and schedule adherence, and maintain executive-level communication with hyperscale clients. Based in the United States, this role requires extensive travel (over 50%), strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex operations on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing project managers and field operations teams.
• Track record of improving customer satisfaction, operational performance, and profitability.
• Strong understanding of project finances, forecasting, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects across geographically dispersed locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, mentorship, and support to Traveling Project Managers and project personnel.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture focused on accountability, safety, customer satisfaction, and professional development.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans as needed.
• Support workforce planning, staffing initiatives, and succession planning efforts.
• Participate in candidate interviews, hiring decisions, onboarding, and ongoing employee development.
• Ensure team members complete required training, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for strategic account clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with client POCs to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
• Conduct client meetings to review project performance and discuss opportunities for additional services.
• Support Project Managers with customer communications, conflict resolution, and issue management.
• Deliver executive-level updates on project status, risks, and KPIs.
• Oversee multiple projects across client locations to ensure compliance with scope, timelines, and budgets.
