Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical HVAC training preferred.
- Minimum 5 years field experience in HVAC, chiller service or related systems.
- EPA certification required; valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Ability to travel extensively across North America and work flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform startup, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mission-critical cooling systems.
- Diagnose complex HVAC/chiller issues on air- and water-cooled equipment.
- Support field activities involving screw and centrifugal compressors.
- Respond to critical service events and customer emergencies promptly.
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Interface with building automation and controls systems; coordinate with operations teams.
