Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Testing and Commissioning Specialist to lead startup, commissioning, testing, and training for data center projects across the U.S. You will ensure systems operate per design intent, collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Operations, and manage documentation and turnover to operations.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 100%), coordination with subcontractors and vendors, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• 5+ years of experience in testing and commissioning projects.
• Experience in commissioning mechanical, electrical, and controls systems in mission-critical environments such as data centers.
• Understanding of utility systems, electrical distribution, PLCs, DCS, and rotating equipment.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations, testing protocols, schedules, and commissioning milestones.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and system narratives.

Aufgaben

• Support and execute the startup and commissioning plan through turnover to operations.
• Follow MPC lock-out/tag-out procedures during transition from construction to commissioning.
• Ensure startup/commissioning deliverables meet site procedures, schedules, contracts, and safety.
• Review drawings to confirm provisions for flushing, cleaning, testing, and pre-commissioning.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Operations to meet specs during and after commissioning.
• Facilitate OEM and vendor training for client personnel.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors during start-up and testing.
• Organize daily Plan of the Day meetings and distribute minutes.
• Support system turnover by scheduling walkdowns and initial operations.
• Maintain daily logs of tests, readings, and issues/resolutions.
• Coordinate commissioning-related subcontractor support with site management.
