You will forecast costs, manage budgets, and report financials while coordinating with project, commercial, and procurement teams to improve cost efficiency throughout the lifecycle.

The role involves cost analysis, audits, and supporting value engineering initiatives to prevent cost overruns and optimize project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of cost control or project controls experience in construction.
• Proven experience managing costs for large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Champion cost control initiatives and ensure cost data aligns with project plans.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, CBS, and cost-control procedures.
• Monitor actual costs vs budgets and identify variances; prepare cost reports and forecasts.
• Review subcontractor payment applications and progress claims; support change management.
• Coordinate with planning/scheduling teams to align cost data with schedules.
• Provide cost advice to project management and leadership.
