OBR Management in Keene, NH is seeking a Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician to perform thorough power washing and cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, pre/post-cleaning prep, completing safety documentation, and traveling to customer sites across the Northeast to support critical infrastructure and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience power washing or industrial cleaning.
• Prior experience working at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks using power washing equipment and approved cleaning methods.
• Operate power washers safely, selecting appropriate spray heads and pressures for each task.
• Assist with pre- and post-cleaning activities, including system preparation and clean-up.
• Accurately follow instructions from supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Complete required safety documentation, including Job Hazard Analyses and daily paperwork.
• Follow all company safety policies, including proper PPE usage and chemical handling procedures.
• Read and apply information from Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) as required.
• Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic while representing the company at client sites.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
