OBR Management is seeking a Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician in New Hampshire to perform thorough power washing and cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience power washing or industrial cleaning.
• Experience working at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of cooling towers and storage tanks using power washing equipment and approved cleaning methods.
• Operate power washers safely, selecting appropriate spray heads and pressures for each task.
• Assist with pre- and post-cleaning activities, including system preparation and clean-up.
• Accurately follow instructions from supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Complete required safety documentation, including Job Hazard Analyses and daily paperwork.
• Follow all company safety policies, including proper PPE usage and chemical handling procedures.
• Read and apply information from Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) as required.
• Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic while representing the company at client sites.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
