OBR Management is seeking a Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician for the Great Lakes region, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role requires frequent travel and a hands-on approach to cleaning and maintaining cooling tower equipment under supervision to ensure safe and efficient operation.

As part of the team, you will perform pre- and post-treatment tasks, measure chlorine levels, handle chemicals per MSDS, and adhere to safety standards.

Qualificações

• Negative 10 panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of U.S. Citizenship
• Satisfactory background check
• DISA background screen score 2 or less
• OSHA 10 Certification (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Perform cleaning tasks with precision to ensure equipment quality.
• Operate power washers safely with correct spray heads.
• Follow supervisor instructions to complete projects safely and on time.
• Maintain safety, efficiency, and quality across all work phases.
• Carry out pre- and post-treatment measurements of free chlorine in circulating water.
• Read MSDS and apply proper chemical handling techniques.
• Work at heights with 100% tie-off above 4 feet.
• Complete THA cards and safety documentation on schedule.
