Aerotek is seeking a skilled Contract Machinist for an onsite role in Fridley, MN (2nd shift) to operate Haas vertical Mills and lathes, perform multiple setups daily, and maintain precision. OT opportunities are available.

The position offers $35.00–$45.00 per hour with a $150 per diem for 7 days, plus standard benefits where applicable. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with onsite work in Fridley.

Contract Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking skilled machinists to operate Haas vertical Mills (VF3, VF4, VF5, VF12), Haas lathes, Track DPM, and manual mills. You will be performing multiple setups daily and can choose the machine you are most comfortable with.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Haas vertical Mills and lathes.

• Perform multiple machine setups per day.

• Ensure precision and efficiency in all operations.

• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean workspace.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in CNC milling and lathe operations.

• Experience with machine setup.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
