Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks a Traveling Skilled Construction Technician to support interior construction across tenant improvements, renovations, and light industrial projects nationwide. The role requires extensive travel with company-paid lodging, travel, and per diem, under Foreman or Superintendent supervision, handling tasks from framing to punch list.

Candidates should reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with readiness to travel nationwide, read and interpret simple drawings, operate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of construction, renovation, tenant improvement, retail, hospitality or related experience preferred.
• Experience performing general construction activities including demolition, framing support, drywall installation, ceilings, material handling, flooring prep, and punch list work preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction activities supporting tenant improvement, renovation, retail refresh, and light industrial projects.
• Independently execute interior construction scopes based on skill level and support Multi-Trade Carpenters on larger installations.
• Perform demolition and removal of existing materials and finishes.
• Support installation of metal stud framing, gypsum board systems, ACT, and interior specialties.
• Load, unload, transport, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and coordinate with Foreman and project team.
