Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction supervision experience on commercial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of means, methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with construction management software and mobile field technology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from project startup through final completion and turnover.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term construction schedules.
• Coordinate daily activities of subs, suppliers, and trade partners for efficient workflow.
• Direct and manage field personnel with accountability and high performance.
• Participate in preconstruction planning with project team.
