Campbell Construction seeks a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up fast-food restaurant builds and renovations nationwide. You will supervise field teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards across multiple sites.

The role requires strong coordination with owners, architects, and vendors, with travel to project locations through mobilization to turnover. Experience in restaurant construction and site safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Supervise field operations and crews to meet schedules and safety requirements.
• Review architectural and MEP drawings to identify conflicts and constructability issues.
• Develop and manage project schedules and coordinate trade sequencing.
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes, and client standards.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to supervise ground-up fast-food restaurant construction, renovations, and TI projects.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and crews to meet milestones and budgets.
• Oversee sitework, foundations, framing, roofing, interiors, and final site improvements.
• Coordinate kitchen equipment installations and utility systems.
• Monitor safety, quality control, and OSHA compliance across sites.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain project documentation.
