Manage punch lists, final cleaning, landscaping, paving, signage, equipment commissioning, and final inspections before restaurant turnover.
Coordinate closely with restaurant operations and ownership teams to support equipment training, final handover, and readiness for opening.
Manage multiple projects or locations as assigned, adapting to local subcontractors, site conditions, construction requirements, and client expectations.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with brand standards and restaurant opening commitments
