Job summary

White Construction in Austin, Texas, seeks a Project Manager with corrections/correctional project experience to lead complex construction efforts from contract administration to field coordination.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field and 6+ years of experience on similar projects, with strong cost, schedule, quality and safety management, plus excellent client relationships and clear written/verbal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 6+ years’ experience in similar construction project types.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration - manage owner contracts, insurance, bonds, schedules and costs.
• Cost Management - analyze financials, reports, labor and costs to maximize profitability.
• Schedule Management - develop and maintain project schedules and communicate with team.
• Quality Management - execute Project Quality Management Plan per contract.
• Safety Management - participate in weekly safety meetings and enforce safe practices.
• Relationship Management - maintain client and peer relationships and pursue opportunities.
• Communication Skills - convey messages clearly in writing and speaking.
