Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a General Superintendent who travels extensively to oversee erosion control installations and coordinate with project managers, estimators, and crews on multiple sites. The role ensures work aligns with safety standards and company values.

On-site leadership includes daily production tracking, mentoring junior superintendents, maintaining paperwork, and coordinating equipment and materials to meet project timelines across projects.

Qualifications

• Maintain and encourage good relationships with crew and customer field staff.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, office, and field staff.
• Lead by example with integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Check Toolboxes and ensure tools are accounted for.
• Perform Quality Control on projects to verify installation practices.
• Coordinate upcoming work with superintendents and establish plans and timelines.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
• Mentor and train at least one superintendent on site for 2–3 hours daily.
• Track daily production and address labor issues to meet minimums.
• Uphold Core Values in all decisions.
• Compare decisions against the company strategy chart.
• Track labor needs and relay information to project management/HR.
• Coordinate maintenance to ensure equipment is available and repaired promptly.
