Job summary
SL Recruit is seeking a seasoned Superintendent for a respected general contractor. The role is based in the Southern Virginia office and will oversee projects across the Mid/South-Atlantic region, including VA, NC, and GA.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supervision of large-scale commercial new builds and renovations and holds a construction-related degree. We offer competitive base salary, per diem, annual and project bonuses, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package including

- 5+ years of superintendent experience, preferably on large-scale commercial builds or renovations.
- Willingness to travel as project needs dictate (primary locations: VA, NC, GA).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; related certifications are a plus.

Job description
A highly respected, award-winning general contractor is seeking a talented Superintendent to join its dynamic team. This role would be based out of their Southern VA office and cover projects throughout the Mid/South-Atlantic.
- Minimum 5 years of superintendent preferably with large-scale commercial new builds and renovations. Commercial, Light Industrial, Self-Storage, Entertainment a plus.
- Willingness to travel as project needs dictate. (main locations: VA, NC, VA, GA)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
