A leading construction firm is seeking a qualified individual to support Superintendents and Foremen on projects throughout the United States. This role includes overseeing trade labor assignments, coordinating staffing needs, and ensuring project schedules are met. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of experience, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in relevant software. The position allows for travel 50% or more, offering a competitive salary and flexible benefits.
Qualifications
Minimum of ten years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
Support the Superintendents and Foremen on the various projects.
Oversee all trade labor hire, transfer, and layoff.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
Document project field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule.
