ARCO a Family of Construction Companies seeks a Traveling Assistant Superintendent to oversee field operations on tilt-up construction projects nationwide. The role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery, adheres to project specs, and enforces safety and quality controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Superintendent or foreman, strong leadership, and excellent coordination with subcontractors. Travel will be required to support multiple sites and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as a Superintendent or foreman on tilt-up construction projects.
• Ability to manage field operations and project schedules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings to receive information and preplanning details.
• Prepare construction activity schedules and resource planning.
• Direct total construction to meet specifications within time and budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and integrate with project schedules.
• Maintain daily project diary documenting progress and approvals.
• Monitor costs, requisitions, and reports; report variances to management.
• Enforce safety programs and company policies on site.
