Job summary

Dean Builds, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to lead construction projects across commercial and industrial sectors. The role oversees on-site activities, coordinates trades, and ensures safety and quality, while managing schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities include daily site leadership, safety inspections, documentation, and collaboration with clients, architects, and engineers to maintain high standards of workmanship. Travel and full-time commitment required.

Qualifications

• Commercial Construction Experience required, restaurants and multi-family preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA guidelines, equipment and construction procedures.
• Experience working with Procore (project management software) a plus.
• Must be computer proficient, PC, Microsoft Office, MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills. Able to interact with all levels being served.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day needs of assigned construction project.
• Ensure activities are performed timely and cost-efficiently to meet schedules and estimates.
• Coordinate job-related activities to maintain safety and productivity and OSHA standards.
• Complete and manage safety and operations documentation.
• Conduct safety inspections and weekly safety meetings with subcontractors.
• Maintain neat, organized job site and up-to-date drawings/specifications.
• Verify quality control of materials, assemblies, and workmanship.
• Maintain labor and material controls to meet budget.
• Provide weekly schedule updates to Project Manager.
