Job summary

Dean Builds, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to lead assigned construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time execution. You will coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and clients while managing costs and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

You will verify drawings and specs, control labor/materials, and maintain Procore documentation, reporting to the Project Manager. This role requires strong communication and adherence to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience preferred (restaurants & multi-family).
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA guidelines and construction procedures.
• Experience with Procore a plus; PC proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day needs of assigned construction project.
• Ensure activities are timely and cost-efficient to meet schedules and estimates.
• Coordinate all job activities to maintain safety and productive environment per OSHA standards.
• Complete and manage safety and operations documentation.
• Conduct safety inspections and meetings with subcontractors.
• Maintain neat, organized job sites and up-to-date drawings/specifications.
• Verify quality control of materials, assemblies, and workmanship.
• Manage labor and material requirements to meet budgets and timelines.
• Provide weekly schedule updates to the Project Manager.
• Communicate daily with subcontractor foremen on site.
• Interact with architects, engineers, and clients to maintain quality.
• Identify issues early and propose solutions to upper management or clients.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on start dates and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with clients to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes; conduct coordination meetings.
• Create pre-construction and kickoff meeting materials; record minutes.
• Generate weekly project flash reports and manage project close-out.
• Maintain Procore documentation including RFIs, daily reports, and lookaheads.
• Provide logistics and signage plans; complete miscellaneous site tasks.
