Job summary

Dean Builds, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site construction activities for commercial/industrial projects. You will engage with subcontractors, review drawings, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality across tasks.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress to the Project Manager. Procore experience and strong communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience required, restaurants and multi-family preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA guidelines, equipment and procedures.
• Experience working with Procore a plus.
• Must be computer proficient, PC, Microsoft Office, MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills. Able to interact with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day needs of assigned construction project.
• Ensure activities are timely and cost-efficient to meet schedules and estimates.
• Coordinate all on-site activities to maintain safety and productivity per OSHA standards.
• Complete safety and operations documentation.
• Conduct daily/weekly safety inspections and meetings with subcontractors.
• Maintain neat, organized job site and current drawings/specifications.
• Verify quality of materials, workmanship, and compliance with drawings.
• Provide weekly schedule updates to Project Manager and subcontractors.
