Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the safety program across regional job sites.

This role requires a proactive safety culture, regular site visits, and training leadership for field crews including superintendents and trades. You will drive incident investigations, risk reduction, and compliance with CCC policies while coordinating with regional teams to ensure safe execution of projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience, preferably in large-scale ground-up or renovation projects.
• OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Construction Standards knowledge.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.
• Experience developing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs), and Fall Protection Plans.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company-wide safety policies and develop site-specific safety plans.
• Conduct regular job site visits to ensure OSHA compliance and standards.
• Lead safety trainings and meetings at multiple levels of the organization.
• Investigate incidents and root causes; prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE and fall protection systems.
• Collaborate with superintendents to plan safe means and methods for high-risk activities.
• Stay current with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
