Position Overview

The Traveling Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules for construction projects across various sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, along with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules for construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to collect and analyze project data.
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Adjust schedules as necessary based on project changes and updates.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project scheduling within the construction industry.
• Proficient in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Projects, Etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to various project sites throughout US.
