Job summary

Qualifications

• Require a bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience supervising junior staff and coordinating with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and align with client expectations.
• Coordinate with Senior PM to implement plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure scope adherence.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor risks and drive continuous improvement and safety compliance.
