Yates Construction in Hubbard, TX seeks a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery. This role guides day-to-day operations and mentors Assistant Project Managers, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and client expectations.

Under the Senior PM, you will drive safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction while building strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressive construction management experience, with at least 2 years in a project management capacity.
• Experience managing projects in hospitality, data centers, healthcare, or large-scale commercial work.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing junior staff.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam).
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company best practices.
• Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager to implement project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and driving best practices.
