Yates Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from planning through delivery. You will mentor Assistant Project Managers, manage safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction under a Senior Project Manager.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering, 5+ years in construction management (2+ in PM), and experience in hospitality, data centers, healthcare, or large-scale commercial work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressive construction management experience, with at least 2 years in a project management capacity.
• Proven experience delivering hospitality, data centers, healthcare, or large-scale commercial projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers, aligning with project objectives.
• Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager on execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to meet scope, schedule, and quality.
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, minutes, and progress reports.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, resolving issues to maintain momentum.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices.
