Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to orchestrate construction project plans, deliver on budget and schedules, and coordinate with clients for status reporting. You will lead multiple projects for commercial retail clients, visit sites, review progress, and prepare internal and external reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, PMP is a plus, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, negotiate terms, and manage change orders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans, including tracking resources.
• Coordinate communication, risk, change management and training.
• Visit job sites to monitor production and QA.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities.
• Prepare internal and external reports on project status.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
