Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in construction PM, hands-on energy control systems experience, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with energy control systems, building automation, or related controls integration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and travel frequently between job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout across multiple geographic locations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Develop, monitor, and control project schedules and budgets; provide regular status updates and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commissioning teams to integrate energy control systems and ensure system performance meets design intent.
  • Perform site visits to assess progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; proactively resolve technical and logistical challenges.
  • Conduct client and stakeholder meetings, manage expectations, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety programs and applicable regulations (OSHA), and lead safety briefings and inspections on-site.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and maintain accurate job cost tracking and recordkeeping.

Position Overview
