Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Construction Project Manager I to join our National Mission Critical team. The Project Manager is responsible for administration of assigned projects, including schedules, cost projections, contracts, and status reports.

You will lead project teams and subs, cultivate owner relationships, oversee preconstruction activities, QA/QC, commissioning, and risk/budget decisions. Travel may be required as projects span multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Develops bid procedures, reviews bids, qualifies vendors/subcontractors, estimates and schedules.
• Manages QA/QC program and commissioning processes.
• Leads risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Prepares and manages project budgets and schedules and leads progress meetings.
• Oversees design development and project turnover dates.
