Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Construction Manager I - Logistics to lead on-site construction activities for utility-scale solar projects across the US. This role requires traveling to project sites, managing crews, and ensuring safety, budget adherence, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a background in civil, mechanical, electrical disciplines and a track record in large-scale renewables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Three years of construction industry experience
• Experience in renewable energy projects (solar/Wind/BESS) preferred
• High voltage electrical experience on large projects

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site construction activities and ensure safety and quality
• Lead project teams to maximize profitability and efficiency
• Monitor progress against milestones, budget, and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures
• Coordinate with Foremen and subcontractors to manage crews
