Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as Construction Manager or similar role.
• Experience with cost estimating software and evaluating construction schedules.
• Strong familiarity with engineering designs, shop drawings, and vendor specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with clients, architects/engineers, and contractors.
• Manage project schedule from inception to close out.
• Lead job-site meetings and review contractor compliance.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Leadership for managing schedule, cost and quality

Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations with 30HR OSHA Safety card

Strong computer skills, experience with MS Windows Office and Primavera P6

Ability to effectively manage contractors

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management
