Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Construction Laborer to support interior construction on tenant improvements, renovations, and light industrial projects across the United States.

This entry-level role works under a Foreman or Superintendent, performing demolition, material handling, site cleanup, and general labor while assisting multiple trades. Candidates should reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and be prepared for extensive nationwide travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction or labor is preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform selective demolition and removal of existing materials.
• Clean and prepare work areas for construction activities.
• Load, unload, transport, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist carpenters, finish technicians, and other trades as directed.
• Assist with flooring, drywall, framing, ceilings, and closeout activities.
• Erect and dismantle ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety procedures.
